Established in 2009, Money Carer is an award-winning social enterprise providing specialist banking and money management services for vulnerable adults across the UK. Working in partnership with solicitors, local authorities, care providers, and families, we support over 6500 individuals with safe, independent money management. Our inclusive approach ensures that individuals remain at the centre of all financial decisions, prioritising safeguarding and empowerment. 

Our Services 

• Appointeeship - Managing DWP welfare benefits and everyday financial affairs on behalf of those with limited capacity. 
  
  
• Everyday Money Management - Paying rent, utilities, and care bills, and handling other general household expenses. 
  
  
• Banking Services - Opening and managing FSCS-protected accounts through our dedicated platform, Monika. 
  
  
• Direct Payments- Assisting individuals and their support networks with secure management of personal care budgets. 
  
  
• Financial Safeguarding - Monitoring spending and identifying risks to ensure transparency, for families and professionals. 
  
  
• Payment Wearables - Our dedicated range of secure and inclusive ways to pay, from Carer Cards and Biometric Payment Cards to Touch payment rings and bracelets.
